Throw Me the Idol

This is a quick prop I threw together in three days before the opening of "Indiana Jones & the Kingdom of the Crystal Skull." I did a quick build-up with pink insulation foam, covered it with Foam Skin & sulpted in details with acrylic matte medium/sculpting paste. A perfunctory spray of gold paint & it was done.

Not great art, or even a close replica, but fine for when our actors dressed as Indy were wandering around the lobby of the Marcus Crosswoods. A real Hovito Idol would probably weigh ten pounds
